Hard plastic socket head, sleep eyes, auburn hair in elaborate coiffure, adult female shaped body, bendable knees, high heel feet, wearing original pink taffeta gown with ecru lace overlay, tulle and taffeta petticoat, panties, stockings, shoes with clear heels, straw bonnet with spray of roses and rose buds.
