17" (43 cm.) Vinyl socket head, sleep eyes, blonde rooted hair in short cropped and waved fashion, slender five piece body, wearing Tyrolean style costume with brightly flowered apron and lace-trimmed blouse, straw bonnet with colorful flowers, petticoat, panties, white stockings, black heeled shoes. Marks: Alexander (doll) "Maria", Sound of Music, Alexander (costume). Near mint condition with bright rosy cheeks, perfect coiffure, crisp fresh costume, original wrist booklet, original box with Lord and Taylor store label. Alexander, circa 1966.
