8" (20 cm.) Hard plastic socket head, sleep eyes, blonde hair in long pigtails and bangs, five piece toddler body, wearing pink nylon silk pinafore dress with braid trim, matching panties, woven sun bonnet, shoes, socks. Excellent unplayed with condition, the doll is preserved in her original Virga box with colorful illustrations, labeled "P-854-Betsy". Virga, Beehler Arts, New York, 1950's.
