18" (46 cm.) Blonde floss wig with bangs and braids tied with red ribbons, five-piece body. Wearing red and white cotton checkered school dress with attached red organdy pinafore edged in lace, white buttons at waist band, panties, socks, red snap-front shoes. Near mint condition. Arranbee, Nancy Lee, circa 1952, the doll has original paper wrist tag "Nancy Lee, An R&B Quality Doll".
