Hard plastic socket head, eleven piece adult lady body, jointed ankles, sleep eyes, brunette hair in original elaborate coiffure, wearing ballerina costume comprising sequin decorated bodice and crown, lavishly gathered tulle skirt with rose petal appliques, attached taffeta panties, stockings, ballet slippers. Marks: Alexander (head) Elise Alexander (costume). In pristine unplayed with condition, the bright-cheeked doll has an exquisite coiffure and costume, original wrist booklet, and original box labeled Elise 1740. Alexander, 1962.
