Bisque socket head with plump cheeks and throat, blue glass inset eyes with spiral threading, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, dark eyeshadow, lightly-feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with pertly-shaped lips, unpierced ears, white lambswool wig, composition eight-loose-ball-jointed body with straight wrists. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 938 #7. Comments: Alt, Beck and Gottschalk, circa 1880. Value Points: rare model with most endearing expression, finest bisque and painting, beautiful eyes, original body and body finish, antique dress and bonnet.
