Hard plastic socket head, sleep eyes, painted lashes, brunette hair in long braids with bangs, five piece toddler body, wearing cotton dress with magenta bodice and abstract print of colorful umbrellas on skirt, magenta hair ribbon, slip, panties, socks, hoes, and presented in her original box labeled "Muffie Pigtail Brunette". Near mint condition. Nancy Ann Storybook "Muffie", circa 1950, model 504 costume from her "Gay Cotton Prints" series.
