8" (20 cm.) Hard plastic socket head, blue sleep eyes, painted lashes, blonde long curly hair with bangs, five piece toddler body, wearing elaborate costume of red felt flannel fitted jacket with pom-pom closures, matching fur-edged red cap, red and white striped cotton skirt with overlay white felt flannel scalloped skirt with felt applique berries and leaves, pantalets, leggings, black snap shoes. Excellent unplayed with condition, fresh vibrant costume, rosy cheeks, original wrist tag, Vogue pink box. Vogue, circa 1950, referred to as "Transitional Christmas Ginny", a similar special Christmas doll named "Holly Belle" was released in 1951.
