All hard plastic with socket head, seven piece body, bendable knees, brunette hair in original elaborate coiffure, wearing original ballerina costume comprising white satin-bodice and panties, with pleated tulle skirt, rhinestone and floral decorations, silver metallic waist sash, ballerina slippers. Marks: Alex (doll) Madame Alexander (costume). Near mint condition with superb preservation of coiffure, bright rosy cheeks, crisp costume, original wrist booklet, original box labeled "Ballerina 730" with Lord & Taylor store label and $7 price tag.
