5" (13 cm.) h. birdcage. Including bronze birdcage with key-wind singing mechanism (needs adjustment); gilt-finished metal miniature bench with hinged lid; gilded metal jewel box in the cabriole style with hinged top to reveal pale rose tufted silk interior; unusual metal plate on pedestal with decorative colorful "jewels" and wise owl figural; metal and gilt stationery tray with bow-figural accents; red velvet covered box lined with red silk, designed for use as pocket watch holder; and figural gilt team of goats and cart with pocket watch holder back (and with pocket watch). Good to excellent condition. Early 19th century.
