11" (28 cm.) The wooden prayer kneeler ("prie-dieu") with ebony finish and gilded stencil design, has original silk upholstery on seat and back rest. Excellent condition, silk upholstery is frail. French, circa 1875, the prie-dieu is suitably scaled for display with poupee.
