13" (33 cm.) Bisque socket head with rich brown complexion, brown glass sleep eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, black single-stroke brows, accented nostrils, open mouth, two porcelain upper teeth, black mohair wig over plaster pate, brown composition baby body with jointing at shoulders and hips, nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: F made in Germany 245 JDK Jr 1914 c. Hilda. Comments: Kestner, circa 1914. Value Points: rare brown-complexioned variation of the beloved Hilda, with flawless complexion and original body finish.
