The hardbound book contains paper dolls and costumes for various characters in The Little Colonel Doll series; the books were written by Annie Fellows Johnston, and the dolls "designed and painted" by Mary Johnston. The dolls included are The Little Colonel, Betty Lewis, Kitty Walton, Mary Ware, Rob Moore, Phil Tremond, Malcolm MacIntyre, Keith MacIntyre, Mom Beck and May Lilly. The gentleman costumes are particularly notable and rare. Published by The Page Company, Boston, 1910 (1914). Excellent condition, one doll and one costume are cut and adhered to page, others are intact.
