9" (23 cm.) Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque torso with plumply shaped curvy torso, peg-jointed arms and legs, right hand folded in little fist, plump legs with tiny ankles and bare feet, blue glass inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, lightly-feathered brows, accented nostrils, tiny closed mouth, brunette mohair wig with coronet braid. Condition: generally excellent, professional retouch to left foot. Comments: Kestner, circa 1880. Value Points: rare early all-bisque model with wonderful expression on the very plump face, wearing lovely muslin dress, and presented in antique trunk with six additional costumes and accessories.
