13" (33 cm.) h. 12" l. A bisque head doll with blue glass eyes, real lashes, painted lashes and brows, open mouth, four porcelain teeth, blonde curly hair, wooden block torso and lower legs, bisque hands, is posed seated on a paper mache bunny with cream and brown flannel hide, open mouth, amber glass eyes, ears and holding a carrot in his mouth. The bunny has removable head for access to candy container body. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, circa 1890. Value Points: the delightful Spring themed vignette features the young lad wearing original green and lavender silk ensemble and top hat, with wicker basket on his back for carrying more candies.
