Description
19" (48 cm.) and 8". Each has blue glass eyes, painted lashes, and brows, closed mouth, separately-inserted hair, including larger doll with softly-stuffed cloth body and wax lower limbs, bare feet, antique gown; and smaller doll which is all wax with one-piece head and torso, jointed wax arms and legs, bare feet, antique gown. Condition: very good, some sparseness of wig on larger doll. Comments: English, circa 1880. Value Points: a dear arrangement of two nicely-preserved wax dolls.
