12" (30 cm.) Bisque socket head, blue glass paperweight inset eyes, painted lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils, open mouth, four porcelain teeth, pierced ears, brunette human hair over cork pate, French compositon body jointed at shoulders and hips. Condition: generally excellent, some finish worn on hands. Marks: 1907. Comments: SFBJ, circa 1907. Value Points: wearing original multi-layered provincial costume of French Brittany region including coiffe. Included is antique wooden Brittany chair and bench with well-rendered traditional carving of the region.
