11" (28 cm.) Pink-tinted bisque socket head, small blue glass sleep eyes, short painted lashes, short feathered brows, accented eye corners and nostrils, closed mouth, very full cheeks and chin, mohair wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 6970 1 (Heubach sunburst mark) (Holz-Masse signature on torso). Comments: Gebruder Heubach, circa 1915. Value Points: especially fine subtle blushing of complexion enhances the well-detailed modeling around the mouth and chin, rarer glass-eyed variation of the model especially appealing in this petite size, with original signed body.
