Composition head with flanged neck, brown sleep eyes, real lashes, dark eyeshadow, chubby cheeks, rich pink lips, blonde mohair wig, cloth torso and upper limbs, composition hands and baby legs. Wearing white pique shirt under pink windowpane-patterned play suit with ruffled legs and bib front, socks, white ankle shoes, knit cap. The costume has original tag "Little Butch Madame Alexander N.Y. USA All rights reserved". Excellent condition. Madame Alexander, original box stamped model 229, 1942.
