15" (38 cm.) Bisque socket head, blue glass paperweight inset eyes, dark eyeliner, lushly painted lashes, rose blushed eye shadow, brushstroked and feathered brows, accented nostrils, open mouth, row of sculpted teeth, pierced ears, brunette hand-tied human hair wig over cork pate, French composition and wooden fully-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Tete Jumeau 6 (and artist check marks) Bebe Jumeau Bte SGDG Depose (body). Comments: Emile Jumeau, circa 1895. Value Points: pretty bebe has original body, body finish, wig, pate, and is wearing wonderful antique cotton dress and woven bonnet, with Jumeau socks and white kidskin shoes impressed "6".
