17 1/2" (44 cm.) Felt swivel head, oval slender face and elongated throat, pressed and painted facial features, brown side-glancing eyes, thick curly upper lashes, grey eye shadow, single-stroke brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with two accented lower lips, brunette mohair wig with single long ringlet curl, felt body with slender torso and limbs, jointing at shoulders and hips. Wearing pale green felt dress with green edging, matching fitted cloche, undergarment, black shoes with ankle straps, green felt coat shown in Lenci catalog is lacking. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Lenci, series 400/D, the doll was named "Rita" in the 1926 catalog. Value Points: rare model with artistic finesse such as over-stitch detail on cloche.
