14" (36 cm.) Felt swivel head, pressed and painted facial features, large brown side-glancing eyes, painted upper curly lashes, single-stroke brows, closed mouth, stitched-on brunette mohair wig, felt torso and limbs, disc-jointed arms and legs. Wearing black felt dress with red and purple polka dot appliques, red scalloped edge hem, organdy ruffled collar, red felt head band, organdy petticoat and panties, socks, black felt shoes. Condition: excellent. Comments: Lenci, mid-1930s, the model was presented as Rita (or Lucy). Value Points: an exceptionally pretty face with very large eyes enhanced by dark eye shadow, crisp fresh state of preservation.
