25" (64 cm.) Felt swivel head, pressed and painted facial features, blue glass "flirty" googly eyes, painted curly lashes, accented nostrils, wide "O" shaped mouth, black felt skull cap with intricately-designed border and extended loop for hanging on a person's arm, hollow torso for use as purse with access from flap at the back side, felt arms and feet. Wearing black velvet dress with grey and beige trim, felt apron and market basket with applique designs, wooden heeled clog shoes. Condition: excellent. Marks: Lenci (cloth tag). Comments: Lenci, late 1930s. Value Points: the luxury glass-eyed googly model is charmingly combined with the novelty utility object.
