12" (30 cm.) Felt swivel head, pressed and painted facial features, large brown side-glancing eyes, painted curly upper lashes, grey eye shadow, single-stroke brows, closed mouth, accented lower lips, brunette stitched-on wig, felt torso and limbs, jointing at shoulders and hips. Wearing yellow organdy dress with tiered ruffled skirt edged in yellow felt, felt bodice, purple felt flower applique, turquoise sunbonnet with purple and pink felt flowers, undergarments, ruffled pantalets, socks, yellow felt slippers. Condition: excellent. Marks: Lenci (square paper tag and white cloth tag). Comments: Lenci Series 111, 1929. Value Points: beautifully-preserved doll with brilliant and artistic costume and original labels.
