10" (25 cm.) Felt swivel head with very full cheeks, brown painted side-glancing eyes, dark eyeliner, painted curly upper lashes, grey lower eyeshadow, single-stroke brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with accented lower lips, blonde rooted hair with side part and coiled braid at back of head with pink felt bow, felt torso and limbs, tab jointed arms, jointed legs. Wearing bright pink dress with white and blue applique designs and collar, organdy slip and undergarments, socks, pink felt shoes. Condition: excellent, slight dustiness on collar. Marks: Lenci Di E Scavine Made in Italy (rectangular tag also lettered N. 22). Comments: Lenci, series 70, model 22, 1933. Value Points: especially artistic painting of face on the rarely found doll.
