Description
9" (23 cm.) Felt swivel head, pressed and painted facial features, large brown eyes, painted curly lashes, accented nostrils, "O" shaped closed mouth, black felt skullcap, muslin torso and jointed legs, felt jointed arms. Wearing traditional costume with colorful felt skirt under purple polka dot apron, organdy blouse, wide-brimmed yellow felt hat with embroidered flowers, bangle earrings, wooden cross, muslin petticoat and pantalets with red scalloped felt trim, black felt shoes, and carrying two bright sunflowers. Condition: excellent. Comments: Lenci, series 310/15, the doll was shown in the 1933 Lenci catalog. Value Points: charming vibrant doll with brilliant hat and sunflowers.
