19" (48 cm.) Felt swivel head, large brown glass "flirting" googly eyes, painted upper lashes, high comma brows, grey eye shadow, rounded nose with accent dots, wide "O" shaped closed mouth, blonde rooted side-parted hair with braids and braided top knot, muslin torso, felt arms and legs with tab jointing allowing seated pose. Wearing aqua and cream romper suit with unusual diaper-style bottom, matching shoes and hair bows, bangle earrings, and carrying yellow mohair duckling with yellow felt beak and web feet. Condition: very good/excellent, some light spotting on shoes. Comments: Lenci, model 250, the doll was shown in the 1933 Lenci catalog. The unusual baby style costume and floppy legs appeared on the miniature doll of that era, too. Value Points: one of the rarest of the glass-eyed googly series, with very artistic painting of features and flirtatious glass eyes.
