Description
4 1/2" (11 cm.) Firm-sided lamb with fleecy wool coat is posed standing on wooden base with two brass wheels, painted features, red harness. On the base is a brass mechanical device which when wound is designed to cause the toy to move forward. Very good structurally, some fleece wear, mechanism not functioning but original key is intact and mechanism appears complete. Early 1800s.
