Each doll has original plaster pate and original mohair wig. The composition and wooden ball-jointed body is wearing original chemise. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 182 (upper-glancing brown eyes), 183 (smiling blue eyes), 171 (glass eyes) 182 (brown eyes). Comments: Kestner, circa 1910, the models were offered by Kestner as individual art characters, or in this very rare multi-head version. The dolls are in their original box with English language label "Kestner Character Doll" and crown insignia, and the complete doll has the cardboard Kestner crown and streamer label. Value Points: rare to find set in pristine condition with beautiful mohair wigs and very expressive faces.
