Description
6" (15 cm.) Paper mache bunny with black bead eyes, shaded finish, upright ears, human body with jointed arms, is wearing original factory costume of cotton dress and apron, and is posed seated on a moss-covered paper mache tree log, holding a large turnip. The log opens at the side for access to the candy container interior. Excellent condition. Germany, circa 1890.
