Description
7" (18 cm.) Amber-tinted bisque swivel head on amber-tinted bisque baby torso and with matching loop-jointed bisque arms and legs in curved baby pose, brown glass sleep eyes, painted lashes, single-stroke brows, accented nostrils, open mouth, row of upper teeth, black mohair bobbed wig. Condition: hairline on left side of head, otherwise excellent. Marks: 17 P 7 (head and limbs). Comments: Germany, maker unknown, circa 1915. Value Points: rarely found miniature all-bisque is wearing original silk costume with embroidered details, slippers, pom-pom hair ornaments. Ex-collection Merle Glickman.
