27" (69 cm.) Bisque socket head, brown glass sleep eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, mohair lashes, slightly modeled brushstroked brows with feathering, rounded nose, accented nostrils, open mouth, outlined lips, four porcelain teeth, impressed cheek and chin dimples, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent, hands repainted. Marks: S&H 1279 Dep Germany 13 1/2. Comments: Simon and Halbig, circa 1890. Value Points: hard to find model with distinctive very deep modeling of dimples lending a most pleasing expression.
