Description
9" (23 cm.) Bisque socket head, blue glass sleep eyes, painted lashes and brows, slightly-parted lips, tiny teeth, blonde mohair wig, hollow cardboard torso which separates at the waist for use as candy container, paper mache legs, wire upper arms, bisque hands. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 1894 AM Dep 11/0. Comments: Marseille, circa 1895. Value Points: the candy container doll is wearing original ivory holiday costume with plush "fur" trim and carries holiday bough.
