18" (46 cm.) Bisque socket head, bright blue glass sleep eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, brushstroked brows, accented eye corners and nostrils, slightly-parted outlined lips, four porcelain teeth, brunette human wig, pierced ears, early composition and wooden ball-jointed body with straight wrists, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: S 10 H 939. Comments: Simon and Halbig, circa 1885. Value Points: beautiful bright-eyed doll with lovely bisque, very fine pale complexion with artistic painting.
