21" (53 cm.) Paper-mache shoulder head with deeply sculpted curly black hair with feathering on painted edge, painted brown eyes, feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with hint of smile, lightly blushed cheeks, patched original kid body with newer kid arms, elongated wooden lower limbs, wearing early gentleman's costume. Condition: very good, light rubs on cheeks, patching to kid body. Comments: Germany, circa 1850. Value Points: rare eye color and wonderfully costumed.
