5 1/2" (14 cm.) Bisque shoulderhead with sculpted black short curly hair under grey toque bonnet with gilt-edged lustre plume, painted blue eyes, red upper eyeliner, single-stroke brows, closed mouth, pin-jointed arms, muslin-over-bellows mid-torso, bisque lower torso and legs, tiny feet and ankles, pink ruffled stockings and lustre boots. Condition: bisque head excellent, body original, old hairline extends around lower torso. Comments: Germany, circa 1865. Value Points: rare miniature model with wonderfully sculpted hat, seldom-found body, lustre boots.
