Description
6" (15 cm.) Each has bisque socket head, sculpted bisque Dutch cap with upturned cap corners and brown flocked-finish back, painted brown tuft of hair at forehead, blue painted eyes, single-stroke brows, closed mouth, paper mache body with jointing at shoulders and hips, painted shoes and socks. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Germany 2 (and Goebel symbol). Comments: Goebel, circa 1920. Value Points: all-original pair with rare modeled bonnets, factory-original costumes.
