12" (30 cm.) Solid domed bisque socket head with flat-cut neck socket to accommodate to uniquely-shaped body torso with neck dowel, large blue glass inset eyes, painted lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth, blonde mohair wig, composition body with jointing at shoulders and hips, painted white stockings and light laced boots. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 4. Comments: Sonneberg, mystery maker, circa 1880. Value Points: early doll with rare body style, dramatic eyes, wearing factory original costume.
