20" (51 cm.) Amber-complexioned bisque socket head, small brown glass sleep eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, one-stroke black brows, slightly-parted lips, four porcelain teeth, pierced ears, black mohair wig in up-swept fashion, composition and wooden ball-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 500 BSW. Comments: Bruno Schmidt, circa 1900. Value Points: rare model with lovely complexion, original wig, wearing elaborate antique silk costume with gilt thread and embroidered floral costume, including slippers. Ex-Huguette Clark Collection.
