34" (86 cm.) h. x 28"w (48" if doors fully opened) x 24"d. The two-story wooden dollhouse with lithographed paper cover and painted blue roof features out-set center front panel with porch on first and second floor, each with opening doors with original Gottschalk door handles, and a large glass window on the attic floor, there are wooden-framed windows at front with detailed architectural trim, front columns, front steps, two rooftop balconies, and important large elevator with luxury fitted interior and seat which extends the entire height from 1st floor to attic. There are original wall and floor papers; curtains were added later. There is an original paper label for Au Nain Bleu of Paris on the side. Excellent condition.
