All-composition with socket head, sleep eyes, real lashes, dark eye shadow, open mouth, four tiny teeth, impressed cheek dimples, ash-blonde human hair with original coiffure of arranged curls decorated with colorful flowers, jointing at shoulders and hips. Condition: generally excellent, eyes slightly faded. Marks: "Genuine Sonja Henie Doll/Madame Alexander NY USA/All Rights Reserved" (tag on costume). Comments: Alexander, 1941, portrait doll of the celebrated skating and film star. Value Points: rare to find original costume comprising skating costume of ivory satin with faux-pleated chiffon skirt and gold pleated trim, accented with brilliant flowers, net petticoat, satin panties, laced skates.
