12" (30 cm.) Bisque socket head, rounded facial modeling with plump rosy cheeks, large round brown glass sleep and side-glancing googly eyes, dark eyeliner, painted curly upper lashes, side-angled feathered brows, tiny button-shaped nose, closed mouth with slightly upturned accented lips, brunette mohair wig over plaster pate, composition and wooden ball-jointed toddler body, nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: B made in Germany 6 JDK 221 Ges Gesch. Comments: Kestner, circa 1912. Value Points: rare petite size of the most endearing googly with choicest bisque and painting.
