Paper mache shoulderhead of lady, oval face with elongated throat, black center-parted hair looped low under her ears and drawn into a narrow braid that forms a chignon at the of head, painted blue eyes, black upper eyeliner and single-stroke brows, closed mouth with primly set lips, slender kid body with wooden lower arms and legs, painted yellow shoes, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, circa 1855. Value Points: rare coiffure with well-detailed braids, original body.
