10" (25 cm.) Solid domed bisque shoulderhead with rich brown complexion, sculpted black short curly hair, intaglio brown side-glancing eyes with white eye dots, black painted brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with beaming smile, full coral lips, brown composition body with key-wind mechanism, hinged one-piece legs; when wound he jiggles side to side as though walking. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 3 Heubach (sunburst) 7667 Germany. Comments: Gebruder Heubach, circa 1910. Value Points: rare brown-complexioned character baby with superb sculpting of hair and features, rare body.
