4" (10 cm.) Carved bone figure of nude lady posed reclining, one arm behind her head, defined hair and facial features, ankles crossed, posed on carved wooden Chinese style bed. Excellent condition. The model is known as "doctor's doll", supposedly purposed to allow a women to indicate the location of her medical ailment.
