The wooden framed sedan chair (chaise a porteur) with bombe shape roof and three beveled glass windows has hinged opening door, two carrying handles, and is covered with original burgundy and gilt tapestry on the exterior and original floral-patterned ivory silk on the interior. Excellent condition. French, circa 1880.
