26" (66 cm.) Carved thick wooden shoulderhead with oval elongated face and throat, deeply carved black hair with extreme combmarks in both vertical and horizontal style, carved and painted facial features, blue eyes with black upper eyeliner, feathered brows, closed mouth, muslin body, carved wooden lower arms and legs, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, circa 1850. Value Points: rare carving of hair and original finish.
