Description
18" (46 cm.) Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulderplate, blue glass inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, accented nostrils, slightly open mouth, outlined lips, four tiny porcelain teeth, blonde mohair wig, original kid gusset-jointed body, bisque lower arms. Condition: generally excellent, finger tips restored on left hand. Marks: K (in bell) 263 8. Comments: Kling, circa 1880. Value Points: very expressive gentle features, excellent bisque and painting, lovely antique costume.
