20" (51 cm.) Socket head with light brown complexion, painted very narrow brown eyes in defined sockets, black and white upper eyeliner, fringed lashes, short feathered brows, closed mouth, slender pointy nose, original long straight ash blonde hair with bangs, five-piece jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 38/50 C (left foot) Sasha (cloth label on dress and undergarment). Comments: Swiss, Sasha Morgenthaler. The studio model was offered from the artist workshops from late 1940s throughout the 1950s; this doll was the 38th presented by her in 1950. Value Points: impeccably preserved, with superb painting and dreamy expression, wearing original tagged Sasha costume.
