12" (30 cm.) h. 11" w. The one-piece bisque figural group depicts a young boy seated on a bench with a young girl seated on either side, he holding knitting needles and sock in his hand and appearing to teach the girls how to knit. Each figure has sculpted hair, painted facial features with smiling expression, and painted costumes and boots. Excellent condition. Germany, circa 1900.
